How Patron Tables are Sold

Individual Tickets are $250.00 - Tables are $2,500

Tables are sold by sponsorship levels:
• $40,000 Event Sponsors
• $20,000 Sponsors
• $10,000 Sponsors
• $5,000 Sponsors
• $2,500 Sponsors

Tables will be sold for approximately 20 locations and pairing of chefs, as in the following four examples:

• Table and ticket sponsorship begins
• As always, chefs are assigned to patrons in order of receipt of payment.
• Call Casa at 602-254-6400 ext. 221 to place your credit card order or to request a fax or mail registration form.
• Checks may be mailed to Casa at 77 East Thomas, Suite 112, Phoenix, AZ 85012


Sponsors will select locations and chefs by:
• Level of sponsorship, the highest selecting first
• Date of payment for table. Tables selections will take place October 1, prior to the event by phone.

Ticket buyers will be assigned locations and chefs five days prior to the event, and will be notified by e-mail/phone.
